In consideration of the opportunity to assist as an officer/community service volunteer in partnership with ( Police Department) using communications provided by Nextel Communications, Inc., I hold Nextel Communications, Inc. and its employees, collectively and individually, harmless for any claims and liabilities arising as a result of my participation in said programs, including, and without limitation, any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury, death or damage to my property.
