 .June 30, 2004. All agencies
 must file new applications 
by May 1, June 1 the people 
that don’t have phones will be 
first and by July 1 the people 
that have phone will be given 
new phones.

Have plans for 
complete renovation 
of the program by 
July 1, 2003 . They 
will give us a total
 of 100 I-1000 flip
 phones. They have 
promised to help in 
several different areas.
